"The hotel is clean and modern. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The area close to the hotel offers a good variety of Japanese eating options. The hotel breakfast is good as well. The only negative is that all the rooms are smoking rooms. "

"My family enjoyed our stay in the large, comfortable, extremely tidy and well fit-out property. Although on our arrival it was hard to walk to (with suitcases) from Tobu-Nikko, and very few buses. Access was much easier when we hired a car. Close to small convenience store and short drive to grocery store. Best was the artificial hot spring bath. Thank you for hosting this lovely property."

"I liked this hotel not because it's new or something extraordinary, but it was just an ordinary hotel that serviced everything I expected and a good free breakfast. The value is really good. Clean room, clean bathroom, all the amenities expected, free water bottles, room size wasn't too small nor big. Just right for a weary tourist looking for a comfortable bed and a clean room plus a breakfast included. It's my kind of hotel."
